Cancellation Policy

At The Oliveto Group LLC, we value your time and commitment to personal growth. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer a flexible refund policy. Refunds are provided for all services canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else and process your refund promptly. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
