Cancellation Policy

At The Oliveto Group LLC, we are committed to providing you with the best coaching experience. To ensure our sessions are productive and respectful of everyone’s time, please review the following policy: 1. Timeliness Punctuality: Please make every effort to be on time for your scheduled sessions. This helps us make the most of our time together and ensures that you receive the full benefit of the session. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be provided. This is to respect the schedules of other clients. Missed Sessions: If you do not attend a session and have not provided notice as per our cancellation policy, the session will be considered missed, and no refund will be issued. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Refunds or rescheduling options are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 3. Session Duration Each session will start and end at the agreed-upon times. Please be prepared to begin promptly. 4. Communication If you need to discuss any changes or have any concerns about your session, please reach out as soon as possible so that we can accommodate your needs.
